1. Overview

RavDev Technologies, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of NextGen Grant OS to do the same. This policy describes our procedures for handling claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, your notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  1. Identification of the infringing material: Provide sufficient information to allow us to locate the allegedly infringing material (e.g., URL, description of where the content appears in the Service).
  1. Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  1. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  1. Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  1. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

We will process valid takedown notices promptly.

3. Takedown Procedures

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

  1. We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content expeditiously
  2. We will notify the user who uploaded the content that it has been removed
  3. We will inform the user of their right to file a counter-notification

We reserve the right to notify the user of the full contents of the takedown notice.

4. DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the removed material: Description of the material removed and its location before removal.
  1. Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  1. Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  1. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which RavDev Technologies may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
  1. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and, unless the complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days, restore the content.

5. Repeat Infringers

RavDev Technologies has a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights. We consider account history when determining whether a user has a pattern of infringement.

6. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing (or that material was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

7. General Copyright Notice

All content and materials provided by RavDev Technologies, LLC, including software, documentation, and marketing materials, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
