1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of NextGen Grant OS and any other RavDev Technologies, LLC products or services ("Service"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Permitted Uses
The Service is designed to support grant professionals, researchers, academic institutions, and nonprofit organizations in discovering, writing, managing, and submitting grant proposals. Permitted uses include:
- Creating, editing, and managing grant proposals and supporting documents
- Discovering grant funding opportunities
- Collaborating with authorized team members on grant-related work
- Using AI-assisted features for drafting and reviewing grant content
- Uploading organizational documents and knowledge base materials
- Generating compliance checklists, budgets, and submission packages
3. Prohibited Conduct
3.1 Illegal and Harmful Activity
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
- Process or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or threatening
- Facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or other financial crimes
- Submit or facilitate fraudulent grant applications or misappropriate grant funds
- Infringe upon any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets
3.2 Security and System Integrity
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or third-party systems
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure
- Introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious code
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Intercept, monitor, or capture communications not intended for you
- Use automated tools to bypass security controls, CAPTCHAs, or rate limits
- Exploit any vulnerability in the Service (instead, report it via our responsible disclosure program at legal@ravdevtech.com)
3.3 Unauthorized Access and Data Scraping
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content, data, or user information from the Service using automated means beyond what is expressly permitted by our API Terms
- Use the Service to aggregate or harvest data for training competing AI models
- Access accounts or data of other users without explicit authorization
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials
3.4 Misuse of AI Features
You may not use AI features to:
- Generate content that is intentionally misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent
- Fabricate citations, data, or supporting evidence in grant applications
- Produce content that violates any applicable grant program rules or funder guidelines
- Generate spam, unsolicited communications, or low-quality mass content
- Attempt to extract system prompts, training data, or internal model information
- Use AI outputs without human review and validation
3.5 Resource Abuse
You may not:
- Place excessive load on the Service infrastructure beyond normal usage patterns
- Use the Service in a way that disproportionately consumes shared resources
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to unauthorized third parties
- Operate the Service on behalf of multiple end customers without written permission (reseller agreement required)
4. Content Standards
All content uploaded to or created within the Service must:
- Be content you have the right to upload and process
- Not contain personally identifiable information (PII) of individuals without their consent, except as required for legitimate grant purposes
- Comply with the requirements of any applicable grant program or funding agency
- Not contain material that is confidential and subject to legal privilege unless you have authority to use it
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to:

- General violations: support@ravdevtech.com
We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
6. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- A warning and notice to cure the violation
- Temporary suspension of access to some or all features
- Permanent termination of your account
- Referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate
- Legal action to recover damages, enforce injunctive relief, or obtain other remedies
We will endeavor to provide notice before taking enforcement action except where: (a) immediate action is required to address a security threat; (b) the violation is severe and ongoing; or (c) providing notice would compromise an investigation.
RavDev Technologies reserves the right to monitor use of the Service to enforce this AUP and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance.
